I’m currently debating if I should join the wrestling team in preparation for track this year. I’m in cross country and would head into wrestling soon after. I’m currently running a 9:29 2 mile and 15:30 3 mile. I know that wrestling is an insanely hard sport so would it be benificial if I joined wrestling for track ? Or would the fatigue just destroy my body. It’s my senior year so I’d like to be in great shape for track and junior year I ran a 4:27 mile.
