I did a workout today :
5 min at 5:20 pace, 5 min jog
2x4min at 5:20 pace, 4 min jog
2x3 min at 5:20 pace, 3 min jog
2x2 min at 5:15 pace, 2 min jog
2x1 min at 4:50 pace, 1 min jog
My other Prs are:
800: 2:10
1600: 4:48
3200: 10:24
Can I break 17 in a race at my current fitness? And do I have any chance of hitting ~16:40-45 by mid November? I need to be able to hit around that range if I hope to be on varsity by the end of the season.
