First off, I would like to eventuallybe in a committed monogamous relationship and have kids.
Given this,
1. I would like to be as sure as possible that I will be committed in marriage. Abstinence from premarital sex would surely be a good test.
2. I don't think I could be a proper judge of a woman's character while having sexual relations. The euphoria from it would cloud my judgement.
1. You’re going to try abstinence without ever having been in love? Maybe your intuition already knows the future, but consider also that, he who fasts or undertakes austerities without already knowing the reasons in the the book start to end usually has more trouble and less “motivation.”
2. Sex plus ego is responsible for almost everything you see. Every posturing, all ignorance and redundance, all social media from high schoolers to college kids to yuppies to families and then their children becoming high schoolers, their children’s children.
Objective number two is a good start, but if you don’t examine your own ego and everyone else’s, you will still fail and go many years of your life failing to be aware of your failings and that others around you also fail and share in your failings. Everyone’s judgment is clouded and they do not even know it nor know why.
