Last I heard he is building up his aerobic base so that he can be the first to triple at the 1500m, 5000m and 10000m. So, than we can all have a collective orgasm over the greatness of Mahkoulfi. Mahkoulfi will be the first ever to go sub 26 minutes in the 10000m Mark my words.

If Makhloufi broke 13:00 it would be a miracle. He’s much stockier than Bekele without any indication he can run >1500 like the GOAT.
Have you ever considered why Makhloufi never did any runs longer than 60 minutes? And most of that was as slow as 5:00/km.
He was stockier. That was in the past. The slimmed down Makhloufi runs 13:00 in training

HE ALREADY IS THE GOAT

Houlihan's legs have twice as much muscle as Huddle's, but she runs a good 5000. I don't see why Makh Daddy couldn't run a good 5000.
He himself said that even the mile was too long for him. 1500 tops.

He disappears in between Olympic years, with a few exceptions, to stay out of testing. Expect to see him in top shape in 2020
What makes you think you can avoid testing when not at competition?
Have you ever been in a testing pool or whereabouts system? I'm going to assume you haven't.
You can be tested anywhere any time, whether injured, taking a break from the sport or whatever. If you avoid these tests you will get a ban.
In-competition testing only catches idiots. It's out of competition testing that catches dopers.
Makhs pattern of only focusing on the Olympics is an interesting one not seen in this sport much but is seen in other sports. I think it will give him a long career, may see him in 2024 even. Gatlin came back after an 8 year ban and still won the World Champs. That break in racing will decrease your 'running age'.

Focusing on the olympics, not seen much, but worked quite well for Lasse Viren.
This is a guy who knows what he's talking about. Gatlin came back after an 8 year ban and still won the World Champs, so how can anyone claim Big Makh is avoiding the testers? None of you know anything about top class athletics apart from Ex Runner.
Well seeing as Gatlin was caught doping twice I don't reckon he's too good at hiding it. I'd be a bit suprised if he was doping again. At least any more than all the other guys.
It seems to be a well known phenomenon in athletics that if you start late you have a later career like Linford Christie, or if you start early you finish earlier like Bolt or Jakob ?.
If you take a long break in the middle then you can also keep your body healthy for longer. Running is destructive.
exrunner, rekrunner.....whatever one of these guys is gary lough i know it...at least one of them admits to being sub elite pro and from the UK
both claim to know some super insider info on the "pro" scene, both mock everyone on here that they dont know sh*t about running etc, and claim to know PhD amounts of knowledge of the physiology of the human body and how blood and energy systems work....not to mention they claim that doping doesnt work, and anyone who says kenyans are taking EPO and PEDs are racist morons......finally they seem to know a lot and i man A LOT of insider info on paula ratcliff during the before and after years of her WR in the marathon....
so there it is folks, if you want to know anything about ANYTHING you get your info from those two, and if you want to hear about anything kenya related you talk to a few other brits, ghost and el k.....and maybe just maybe renato
the rest of us? phssh sh*t man, we are all worthless losers, living in our moms basement and never ran track past 10th grade. we dont even know what PED stands for, but more than likely elon musk knows what it means. thank GOD we have a website to educate us on what a 1500m is, or what an interval is, and the best is we have the trinity of knowledge in ALL THINGS....
the father, son and the holy spirit (renato, rek and ex) and the humble disciples, ghost and el k
us worthless hobby jogging pieces of sh*t would be lost in purgatory without them!
More JAKIR makes LRC a better place. How about some of your hilarious rants?
He's taking the Lasse Viren approach
If you're not competing for a couple years you don't need to dope so you don't have to worry about the testing.

Lol nah. A mod kept deleting all my posts so I gave up. Then when I posted to say that I was done being JAKIR, people bashed me for it lol. Only on let’s run lol. I didn’t mind, that’s what makes let’s run let’s run.
Ha ? I think ex runner forgot that if you are not racing, you are not subject to IN COMPETITION TESTING hence the switch by many cheats to the marathon.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
