I just can't do it. I feel fried. Sleep like crap. Makes it way worse. I sleep... but it's not deep sleep. I might have 4 hours of solid sleep, but the rest is light dozing.
I did just easy running - nothing.
I cleaned up my diet (I went 100% whole food plant based) - some improvements, but no super fix.
I tracked my calories in chronometer to make sure I was getting enough calories - especially on longer run days - nothing.
I just feel like trash doing more than 40 but I love running more. This sucks.
The only thing I haven't tried is running before work rather than after work. If it's hormonal, maybe the effect has died down if I run 1st thing every day, rather than just on weekends.
Anyone have some insight here?
