I am a 15 year old male who is in year 10 5 foot 7 125 pounds (sophomore for America but I'm from Australia).
I only just staring training for running about 4 weeks ago and I have my first race on 22/05/2018 which is the 1500m and I am looking to run sub 5. Before this for a number of years I have been playing soccer 3 times a week and running track and XC about 4 t events a year with no over running training before this year which I have only been doing 5 miles plus sprint training.

Firstly I want to know if my goal times are achievable and If not how much more training I need to do
PS: I have grown about 6cm from 14 to 15 and I started to slow down in growth
