I’d appreciate any estimates to my 1500m fitness, based on these sessions. These were one day apart (monday and wednesday) and I did a 45 minute run the morning before the second session.
4x600m with 2:30 recovery: 1:45, 1:49, 1:51 , 1:48. This felt pretty easy.
10x 400m with 100m walk, 100m slow jog recovery. 68,70,71,71,71,71,71,71,71,66. This also felt pretty easy, could have done the last one around 63 if I pushed I reckon.
