Let's say the biased judges thought Rupp had a smoother stride than Kipchoge so should the judges have awarded him the gold medal in Rio even though Eliud ran faster?

Scoring system bugs me for some reason - I'd like to see consistency rewarded. At least use the top 2 out of 3 scores they receive. Definitely seems like a nerve wracking sport to participate in, messing up badly could leave you paralyzed or dead.
