Predict my time 1200 based on the following runs:
1) 10mi long run in 68-69min on a hilly loop ( almost all climb for the first 4.5 miles, then descends back into town. (Nets about -200 ft for 9.8, last .2 is an uphill towards my house that I go hard up.
2) 13.6 100 w/ a big rolling start at the end of 6 strides following an easy run. 27.5 200 w/ a standing start (post tempo)
3) Tempo run of 3.4-3.5mi in 19:56.
