youre not actually hungry. just slow down for a minute. its in your head. you dont need as much food as you think you do. if you need to, calculate your calories but you're probably eating enough and are just on your period or overthinking food

I don’t know if it’s because I’m underweight I’m about 97 pounds and 5 feet six inches but no I’m telling u I’m legit hungry all the time!! Like I could eat a meal for three in my stomach would still be growling
It's all the cross training. All those extra muscles need fuel.

If those numbers are accurate, then you're hungry because you are *very* underweight - quite possibly malnourished. You probably should see a health care provider - perhaps consider a counselor & an RD as well. At that low weight you may develop heart problems (including heart failure), lose bone mass, suppress your immune system, etc.

Thanks for your concern and number the right I actually gained 7 pounds and I’ve been in college and probably will continue to do so until I hit 105
Too many carbs- more protein and healthy saturated fats. Also intermittent fasting windows.
You're hungry because you're overtraining, undereating, and you are incredibly underweight--why are you X training everyday when you are already running 50 mile wks? Sounds like you have exercise compulsion and an eating disorder.
