My daughter is doing well with her school XC team. On weekends we enjoy running together. Our long runs are currently the same distance but she is so much faster now. I can no longer keep up with her and she is building distance easily too.
We would like to continue our weekend tradition of running together so that it still benefits her training but doesn’t wear me out quite so much. I have tried riding my bike with her and have sent her ahead and told her to turn back for me at a certain point.
I would appreciate advice on how to run ‘together’ with very different paces/abilities.
