I think "boots on the ground" is the humane thing to do at this point. Forget the cheating, Mimi is destroying her health at this point. Somebody should intervene and put a stop to this.

So that is a ~4 hour long stop in the middle of Mimi's morning run, a huge amount of time. And it appears she is starting back where the Garmin stopped. Someone (besides me) needs to send them a message for comment.

Of interest to those regarding medical health of during ultras.
She seems to have returned to normal pace (maybe even a bump faster?), so who knows what that break was about.

The Garmin was left behind. Smart aliens.

In all seriousness, I would guess a nap. She hasn't been getting nearly enough sleep lately. Her lack of rest is like getting behind on credit card bills. She's racking up interest on interest by going slower and slower, and trying to keep pace with Sandra's 60+ miles a day. Couldn't be at a worse time with heavy traffic areas coming up, and the need to be fully alert of drivers flying by within arm reach.
So Marina has again turned the tracker off for many hours and they will of course again pretend that nothing has happened?
I don't care anymore if they are cheating or not, but they are acting so incredibly shady that you have to assume that they have a lot to hide.

So they parked the RV in the median and she ducked in to take a nap?

Which would draw the attention of the police. They would have been told to move.

Jokes aside (don't get me wrong, I appreciate them but am asking for objectivity), are you worried about her health or do you think we're making too much of it?
Those trackers aren't precise to the inch. Reason why it looks like she gets up in the middle of the night, when it's just picking up an odd position. Perhaps they did drive somewhere for medical attention, etc, but no alarms specific to it since she kept going four hours later from the exact location.

I'm not too worried about her health. She has ultra experience, dealt with injury, has been tiny weight-wise before so, while I do have a feeling a drop-out is very possible/likely due to body breakdown, I don't see this as a life-altering catastrophe. Is it a good thing for her? Hell no, but that's the deal with stunts like this.
