Ive been running a lot more then I've done in the past this summer, staying healthy of course, I've been used to averaging 40-50 this past season and Ive worked up to 60-70 in the summer. I had a time trial today and was planning on running under 9:35 for 2 miles on part of our home xc course but I ran 10:10. My track 3k PR is 8:34 so I thought I would hit 9:35 but I was off by some margin. Is this because of high mileage? when will i start feeling good again/feeling benefit?
