What's up with Murphy? Has he run anything since USA's? Any plans for late summer/fall?

He pulled out of the national meet with a hammy problem but not sure if it was a cramp or a pull. Have not seen him race since.
Must be hurt.
He got himself a woman. Death sentence for athletes.

More appropriately, perhaps just too much success too early. Hard to replicate and it seems he is now in search for flashier training group, flashier coach, and flashier city to live in.
I am guessing he will hit the post-Worlds calendar which there are some great opportunities to run PR's.

So ya saying he's just a flash in the pan?

He HAD a woman. A true lady. She's the one who got him to an Olympic Bronze Medal. Ever since they split..... Clayton's career tanked. I'm just saying.
so what now? is he with a transginger? he might run fast and ballzy but the dude does come off as a frat boy douche with his combed hair and jersey tucked into his rib high half tights...this is what happens when the pres of the chess and bassoon clubs has 1:42 800m talent.
easy to rag on a once in a generation talent for the U.S. when he's down after an injury. He still ran 1:43 in April and won bronze less than a year ago. How soon they forget.
yeah and boris? duane? they are no where to be seen from again. how soon we forget kaki ran low 1:42's then 1:46's then where the hell is he know?
on that note, anyone else think that kaki's face and komans are very similar? i wonder how closely related their genetics are
He ran a 1:43 800m and a 3:51 mile this year. Then he got hurt. He's either making a careful return to training or dealing with reoccuring hamstring issues that need longer to heal. The guy is easily our best middle distance man 800/1500/mile so I hope he's on his way back. Got himself a hot girlfriend too.

The April part is irrelevant when he's currently a no show.
He is my favorite runner. He and Evan Jager they should race. This would be excitement for fans.

this. he got too cocky, and not just on the track. hopefully the failed double at USAs humbled him.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
