this makes me want to put a bullet in my head
Me me me. People like this give all TG a bad name.
Identify as whatever you like but don't leverage that to be utterly unfair to others.
And yes, it is unfair.
26.08!
Lol that's ridiculously slow. Thats my speed session interval time, 8 x 200 with 60 sec rest. Whether you're transgender or not you should be ashamed with such slow time.Anyways that thing should take up another sport, this is obviously not working for it.
According to the Semenya apologists, the girls should just suck it up and run faster.
Well with that attitude
Ironic right, that one of the products of feminism is white-male domination of female sports, but since they're trans it's alright. By the year 2020 there will be NO female feminist track athletes, i can guarantee.

He's only a sophomore. Girls might peak as sophomores but as a guy he'll improve significantly as puberty kicks in.
This is "her". If you don't believe me, do your own search for Andraya Yearwood.
Granted that the times are slow at 12.66/26 and narrow victories, first, with an actual physical male (with a father who played D1 college football) in a female sport, in the ninth grade, you don't know whether Yearwood was going all out, and second, this is patently unfair to the female competitors in the race. This is precisely why there are boys and girls' divisions. You can't just say that you are a girl and that statement makes you a girl.
Good job society! LOL. HAHA!
Ridiculous. I'm all for equality in school and whatnot, but track and field is separated into boy and girl events for a reason. Just cause you believe yourself to be a different gender does not make your body turn into the opposite sex automatically.
This is a joke. Are people stupid? Do sports administrators in CT not understand why we have women's sports? We have women's sports because biological females aren't on average nearly as strong/fast, etc as biological males. To allow someone who is biologically male to compete in women's sports simply because they identify as a woman is absurd.
The solution is simple. Require hormone treatment.

Give TG a bad name? So you are saying it's all good otherwise? What?
The future of women's sports is at risk. Title IX supporters need to realize this.
Idiocy.
The brainwashing of kids to deny reality is depressing. Here's the runner-up, who was crying after she lost a race she would have won if authorities still acted like adults: (Yearwood is) "100 percent an awesome person."
No he's not. He's a guy taking advantage of society's insanity, using all the physical advantages that come with being born with testicles.
“I know they'll say it is unfair and not right,†Yearwood's mother, Ngozi Nnaji, told the Courant. “But my counter to that is: 'Why not?' She is competing and practicing and giving her all and performing and excelling based on her skills. Let that be enough. Let her do that and be proud of that.â€
Be proud of what? Abetting your child's mental illness by making a mockery of female athletics because your child is mentally damaged?
Why not, Mom? Because HE"S NOT A GIRL.

Sweet irony.
Nobody stands up to the insanity and look where we are.
Funny how the comments on that article have been disabled
The article doesn't mention what kind of hormone replacement therapy the girl has gone through. I have a friend who has transitioned from man to woman and said she trains harder than ever but cannot come anywhere near her times from before she transitioned because HRT absolutely destroys your power, VO2, and muscle mass. And this is with less than one year of HRT. If this girl sprinter has been doing it for longer, there is no issue with her competing as a girl. It's also worth noting that for my friend, her testosterone levels have dropped below that of most regular women since the HRT.
