I run 50 mpw with cross training and have a high metabolism. I consistently lose weight when eating healthy, sticking to unprocesssed foods, and limiting intake of sugar. I'm already lean at 6', 150 lbs. In order to maintain weight I end up snacking on candy bars, cereal, baked goods, etc. as I can only stomach so much lean protein, fish, veg, and whole grains. What am I doing wrong?
