He's a system QB. You put him in a spread option, power running system and he excels. He was never going to be your standard NFL QB.

.246 in the minors translates to less than .200 in MLB. Tebow needs to find a real job.
Congratulations to him. There are only 121 guys with a higher batting average in A ball than him. Then there is the whole ADVANCED A league, AA, and AAA leagues ahead of him before he gets to "the big dance".

Just like basketball D league, you don't move up unless you are superstar at the lower level.

He may succeed in that system, but that system doesn't work in the pros.
He was a less than mediocre qb. That is why he failed in the NFL.
