Based on this, I can narrow it down to anywhere from 1:40 to 2:40
it would help if you said what some of your race times were, but given this workout i would guess 2:10-2:12.the 200s were pretty good, but the 600s were a little slow. I do similar workouts a bit faster on the 600s and run 2:07 and i focus on the 1600. You might be able to run 2:06-2:08 because i dont run my 800s fresh, but its hard to tell
