I know that 1500m race involves a lot of aerobic and anaerobic components
Still confused,read some training format as if they were training for 800m,all of those are shorter repeats ranging from 200m to 600m
They usually advised taking a set of short repeats with specific rest time
But still dont know what is idea behind them and based on what kind of philosophy from calculating length of reps and recovery
If i am going to train for 1500m,what kind of training should i be doing?
