Been sprinting for 6 years or so now. Was a 400m runner for most of the time, but last season was my first season focusing on 100m and 200m, and I ran PBs of 12.35 and 25.10 after being injured for a couple of months during the winter.
This indoor season I ran 7.80 for 60m, and 25.47 for the 200m from lane 4 on a banked track.
What kind of times can I expect come the outdoor season?
