Matumbos
Victories are what I use and I like them... they have 6 spikes on the bottom and are more aggressive. The other spikes are techically meant for the 3k to 10k while the victories are meant from the 800-5k so it's more in your range. I would get those but it comes down to preference
The Victory is great for the 1600, but I strongly prefer the Matumbo for the 3200. The Matumbo has a lot more to it and I find I don't take as long to recover if I wear them in the 32. Great spike for the 1600 too, even if it isn't marketed as such.
I actually wouldn't recommend either as they don't have removable spikes, at least for my state they were too long
The new sprint spikes aren't removable, but I recently purchased the Vic 3s and have raced in the Vic 1s for a long time and both have removable spikes and are great for 800->2mile.
I haven't tried the Vic 3s yet, but if you can get your hands on some Vic 1s I'd definitely buy them again. I've also heard only great things about the Matumbos.
When it comes down to it, it really won't matter. I run pretty competitive times(have gone to states for the mile and 2mile), and the spike isn't going to make my race unless it fits funky or something. Between the two, get whichever one looks cooler tbh because there will be no difference in times. The people who argue the agressiveness of the spike plate make for better spikes are the same people who wear calf-sleeves and hydration belts. I wouldn't trust them either.

It really doesn't matter. Whichever is most comfortable.
