Hamlet 2
"The problem with a sequel to "Hamlet" is that everybody interesting is dead by the end. That doesn't discourage Dana Marschz, a Tucson high school drama teacher, from trying to save the school's theater program with a sequel named "Hamlet 2." The shop class builds him a time machine, and he brings back the dead characters, plus Jesus, Einstein and the very much alive Hillary Clinton. Music is by the Tucson Gay Men's Chorus."

Oh, wait, maybe those are just bad

Haven't read the entire thread but many in here may enjoy "Mystery Science Theater 3000" on Netflix. The show's "hosts" watch terrible old movies and mock them hilariously.
"Ilsa - She wolf of the SS"
Ilsa is a concentration camp commander who castrates those who cannot satisy her prodigious sexual desires. The woman who plays Ilsa has the biggest rack you've ever seen. Truly hilarious.
Another all timer is "DeathStalker" , made famous by a full frontal appearance by Playboy playmate Barbi Benton. Sword and sorcery and it's very cheesiest.

Hey, c'mon now. A movie that has the main character named Johnny Utah can't be bad.
Top Gun. LOTS of absurd scenes.
There are probably 6-12 Nicholas Cage movies that qualify as epically bad and good. It's the nature of Nicholas Cage.
Earth Girls are Easy (1988)
A Southern California girl (Geena Davis) befriends three furry aliens (Jeff Goldblum, Jim Carrey, Damon Wayans) after their spaceship lands in her swimming pool. (Also with Michael McKean of Better Call Saul as Woody the burnout surfer/pool-boy).

"Fear"- it was supposed be an action/horror? movie featuring mark Wahlberg but it ended up seeming more like a comedy. Laughed through half of it
What no mention of Showgirls with Elizabeth Berkeley as a struggling stepped/whore?

Once spent twenty minutes looking for it at a Blockbuster (damn, I'm old) in the comedy section. I could not believe it wasn't there, finally the guy working the store told me it was in the drama section. Couldn't believe anyone could list a movie that include bar-tending magazine and bar-tending talent scouts as a drama. I can't make it though more than twenty minutes without having my sides hurt from laughing.

Tragic ending, suicide, hence the drama category.
And I for one consider bar tending a most noble occupation.

great selection.
What's even better is how the movie got it's title.
MacGruber. Seriously though. Such a funny movie no one has ever seen

Good choice.
I do like the foot chase scene, however. Much more entertaining than a car chase.
The Brothers Solomon. So horribly funny.

Running Brave
I just watched it last month. I think it's one of the better running movies made and probably more true to life than the Prefontaine movies but it did feel like a "made for TV" movie. It does make you sympathize with Mills' alienation.
The worst part of the movie was here the coach calling him like a dog, "BeeeLeee! BeeeLeee! Come here boy!"

Tragic ending? He leaves his fast past life in the city to start a family in the suburbs, and opens an applebees in the mall...oh wait, I see your point.
The suicide is a down part, but the faces 'lil Tommy Curise makes while "acting" in that scene bring the comedic levels right back up.
Bar tending is a noble occupation, but the movie reduces that down to two dudes trying to scam rich women while flipping bottles in the air makes it one hell of a comedy.
