Yesterday I ran my first 5k race since a year ago. My time was 17:56. At the end of the race my arms were killing me and slowed me down a lot. However, My breathing was normal and my legs weren't fatigued at all. My daily MPW is 60 miles. I haven't done workouts for a while but have been doing calisthenics. Anybody know why I might be witnessing this feeling at the end of a race?
