I am a high school junior and I had a very depressing cross country season. I could not break 17 minutes which I easily did my sophmore year. I later found out after the season i had anemia. I have two coaches one for xc and one for track. I was a 4:29 miler and a 1:58 800 runner out of my sophmore year. I do not know what I should do for track because my coach isn't very experienced. I have a very large aerobic base from cross country and im trying to peak late febuary. What kind of miles, workouts, aerobic work and tempos should I be doing?
