I would suggest 5:00 mile pace.
I like doing 2400 TT once in a while. For me, it's a good gauge of fitness for 5k. Also, I usually take my splits at each 800 instead of every 400. It keeps me focused on running instead of thinking too much about splits.
Thanks for the advice. I was thinkin of aiming for around 5-510.
Just updating, ended up running a solo 8:00 which was my goal. Im sure if I had pacing I could have run around 7:45- 7:50. Good workout overall.
