I don't wear spike much since I've graduated from hs but I put on my Saucony Endorphin LD4s during a workout the other day for some 200s. I started sprinting around the curve and I felt sharp, burnign sensation right in the middle of the arch of my right foot, had to pull. Tried it again and the same thing happened. Also since then when I jog in place barefoot I start to feel it too. It happened like once last track season but that was it. It seems to happen whenever my arch is really tense because of the extra support it needs to give. Anybody know what this is called and a good stretch or remedy?
