I have been trying for years now to break 4min and 1:53 but everytime something bad happens. Either I get injured or I didn't run a good race. My best times overall in each event are
4:14 -1500m
1:59-800m
51.1-400m
1:28-600m (last fall)
18:04-5k
23:34-7k
I need some advice
