I got swim team starting in a month then I have swim team for 3 months then another month of training before track. During swim team my mileage is only 15 mpw. For the next month I want to get a lot of mileage to make up for my lack during swim team. I plan on running 8 miles everyday until then. What pace should I go to get the best out of it. I want to have a really good track season in the spring (I run the 1 and 2 mile). I just finished the cc season with a 18:50 5k pr, if that helps with what pace I should run.
