Run until your water breaks, girl. Take the lead and stay in the outside of lane 1. Trip many people along the way.
Then do a head first roll on the track. You'll be good.

I remember a while back seeing this very pregnant woman running road races and a mile on the track.
And she was finishing near the top.
It seems like you should be able to do easy running if it feels OK to you.
My wife was similar, wanted to run all through pregnancy but complications in first trimester put a stop to it. She did some running in 2nd trimester, 2 or 3 times a week (no HR monitoring) but nothing serious and always taking days off whenever she felt like it. She kept it up in 3rd trimester but did more stuff like swimming and gym work when the bump got too big. She picked things up again more seriously after the baby was 2 or 3 months old and set a marathon PR just after the baby's first birthday
P.s congratulations!
Don't know much about this. Do know that the last time my wife ran regularly was during her 2nd trimester with our oldest.
If you really have run once every week, I can't imagine your body would respond as though running more was something new. Just be ready to walk or get a ride home at a moments notice if something doesn't feel right.
With both kids, weather she had been doing it regularly or not, my wife became a regular walker during her third trimester. Walking seemed like the only position that was comfortable.
I ran every day through two pregnancies, including ten slow miles on the date of my daughter's birth. The birth was normal, my kids are normal. All my friends did the same. Don't worry. Your body won't let you do anything it shouldn't.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
