Haven't ran much over the last 2 years picked up smoking cigarettes for a year or so (recently quit) & I'm looking at getting into running marathons.
Graduated class of 2014 ended up not running in college, I'm 20 years old now will be 21 in march. My Prs in HS were
5000m- 16:05
3200m- 9:40
1600m- 4:35
How fast do you think I would be able to run a marathon With some decent training? & what would be some good training to help me get back into the shape? Averaged around 65-75 MPW during training in high school Which included 13-16 Mile long runs avg. 6:20-6:40 pace & 6-7 mile tempos at 5:45-5:50 pace.
