Sadly, this is true but I would mention birth rates, ave. age, and monetary inflation all play a part in crime. Minorities have higher birth rates, more absentee father's, a younger population and more inflationary policies to pay for the minority community's welfare benefits.

'Broken window' policing is one thing that statistically REDUCED violence in black communities.
