Ive been swimming twice a week at my local Y all summer, and now my membership is expiring. What can I do for the same benefits? Run an extra day a week (I currently run six days), use the elliptical I have access to a couple times a week?

You can bike, do elliptical, or renew your membership...

Due to a knee issue I'm not able to run for awhile, maybe ever, which is a major bummer. However I do fortunately get to swim for free at the public pool every day. Occasionally I ride my bike stand at low rpm on high gear which is fine for shorter time periods, but boring to do very long. I think a good manual elliptical would be good, if you can find one that suits you, and is reasonably priced.
I like doing calisthenics and gardeining the best when at home.
Stupid question. Are you a moron?
Renew your membership you idiot.

That would only be exercise for his fingers.
I commute to work on my bike and go on one long ride on the weekend. So ten miles round trip during week and a 30 miler on the weekend ends up being a fun 80mpw riding. I also like to lift 3-4x a week. It's nice being able to fill out a t shirt.
Can\'t afford it, in high school and every penny I earn is for college savings.
