Replacing Swimming as Cross-training

You can bike, do elliptical, or renew your membership...

But seriously there are tons of cross training options. Its not that hard to figure it out.

I think a good manual elliptical would be good, if you can find one that suits you, and is reasonably priced.

That would only be exercise for his fingers.

I commute to work on my bike and go on one long ride on the weekend. So ten miles round trip during week and a 30 miler on the weekend ends up being a fun 80mpw riding. I also like to lift 3-4x a week. It's nice being able to fill out a t shirt.

Can\'t afford it, in high school and every penny I earn is for college savings.
