In 8th grade (boy). I've been I injured since mid June with adductor/ hip flexor problems but I'm making progress with my therapy. I haven't ran since mid June but I've done regularl walking/biking with strengthening excercises. I ran about 3-4 times a week during the season (2.5 miles each run) and ran 12:16/5:50 for my 32/16 double PRs one meet. Before then I was active but didn't run much. Anyways my therapist says I could be looking at a return in the upcoming weeks so I'd say around mid September I should be able to train. The championship meet is October 22nd with invitationals starting September 17th. I would greatly appreciate any advice of how to handle my one month window if I do return soon.
