lol, find a high 18's guy that can do that workout. The pace for this workout could be a little faster than 5k pace so I would say this puts OP in around 17:20 shape
That should be about your race-pace, but if you already run under 17 minutes it would help a lot, if you compare it with workouts you have done fpr your PR.

for a 17:03, the workout was hard but not super hard.
