No more than 20 grams of fat?!? Are you serious? That is a recipe for disaster.
1) Forget about anything you've heard about avoiding fats in your diet. You should be getting AT LEAST 80 grams of fat in your diet each day. Fish oils are the best. After that, generally plant based fats are very good. Try to get a lot of omega 3 fats.
2) No artificial sugar is great. Keep that part going.
3) Do NOT obsess about your own body fat.
4) You did not say much about your running (just MPW). Try to make sure that you vary your running routine (some fartleks, some speed work, etc.). Also, depending on your goals you may want to mix in other athletic activities (soccer, basketball, lifting,...
