3rd week of XC practice we had a 2 mile time trial and I hit 10:47. My goal was to break 11 for our first time trail so goal accomplished. I'm just wondering what kind of shape I'll be in by the time out meets hit in late August. I think I could possibly hit a low 17 5k right now but would like to be low 16s possibly sub 16 by the time state series rolls around. My pr is 16:46 from last year. Just looking on some insight.
Ps the last 3 weeks have been around 30 mpw hopefully will be hitting 60+ by the end of summer and I do a lot of biking
