I've never run the 4x100 before, a lot of girls are going to be missing from our team tomorrow at the state championship and my coach wants me to run 3rd leg. I'm a 16/8 runner so I'm not used to running anything like this. I have spikes and everything I just have no idea how to run it, I know this probably sounds stupid because I don't know what advice to expect to get from this besides run fast but just in case I might as well ask
