If you get a new injury every few months, how do you improve and get faster? Just gradually?
Do you see someone to find the overarching reason?
If you are just injury-prone do you give up running or just accept being a slow runner?
I just hit all these PBs and find I have a stress reaction. Gonna be off for weeks and then trying to build back up instead of improving more. At Christmas I had two weeks off due to severe runner's knee. I tore a calf muscle 6 months before that etc etc
