I'm a new-ish runner, averaging 25 MPW. Have done a few half marathons, PR of 1:39. I've never raced a 5k and have one coming up in two weeks. I'm not sure what my goal time/pace should be. I have looked at a few race predictor calculators but thought I'd ask for opinions here.
I ran 5 x 1k w/ 400m jog recovery workout today (4:17, 4:15, 4:10, 4:06, 4:06). Finished feeling pretty good, but definitely worked hard.
Any thoughts on what I should aim for?
