Our distance team got to run some "b" relay 4x4's in college.. luckily we had a 1:49 guy to anchor

That's great, but we're not talking about fat chicks running a 4x200.
50.3(me) 51.0 53.0 49.0
These splits are ideally to our potential. Our fastest guy anchor runs a 51 open, second fastest just split a 51, and then there's two of us who split 53. We usually go with our 2nd fastest first, 53, me 53, and our 51 anchor. We have been running slow lately and want to try a new order.

Many schools can put up a JV team running 3:24, 3:30 is weak. On our team our kids run: 47, 49, 49, 50, 50, 50, 51, 52, 52, 53, 53, 53, 53, etc.
