I ordered a pair of shoes online (first time) from Rainbow lights studio.com (I probably should have second guessed just based on the name) and they sent me the wrong pair. I googled complaints (after the fact) and found "Rip off reports" that somebody had the exact same experience. The customer service rep, 'Emily' responded "they are hot, you keep". And then my follow up response was returned undeliverable as the email was no longer available. In the end I get an expensive pair of shoes to cut the grass in and a valuable lesson.
It gives me small satisfaction to at least spread the word and hopefully speed up the process of this pathetic company going out of business. I hope nobody else gets burned by this company.
