Hi all, hoping for some legit answers here as I'm genuinely curious about this...
So I'm an 18 year old guy training for the 400, and I'm giving 110% effort to all my training (diet, rest, vitamins, etc.). I have read conflicting things about whether or not masturbating is beneficial for athletic performance. Some people seem to thing it stimulates testosterone production while others seem to think it has negative effects. Curious about everyones thought as I'm looking to gain every edge possible in my running. Thanks
