Happy end of January, masters. gradually resuming slow running to replace cross-training as hamstring and calf improve. should hit double digits (10 miles!) for the running portion of the week after today. Plan to be patient and try to keep momentum going forward so I can enjoy the improved weather outside.
May be a bit late getting to computer next Sunday, so if someone else wishes to start thread that will be fine. We're moving Saturday and will still be unpacking no doubt. Selling house we've been in 22 years to downsize to a condo. It's on the 6th floor, so my plan is to take the steps a lot and be ready in a few years for that race up the Empire State bldg.
