Here's your first week. If interested just post and I'll let you know how to reach me.Day 1 Warmup--1.0 mile jog and "Pfaff" drills. 10 miles at 6:30 per mile. Cooldown 1.0 jog.Day 2 3-4 miles at 7:30 per mileDay 3 Warmup--1.0 jog and "Pfaff" drills. 3x1200 in 3:36: 4 min between reps with 8 min after last one. 6 miles at 6:15-30 per mile followed by 6 min rest. 8x100 3/4-7/8 speed (jog back recovery). Cooldown 1.0 jogDay 4 2 mile jog; weights upper bodyDay 5 4 miles at 7:30 per mileDay 6 Warmup--1.0 mile jog and "Pfaff" drills. 8 mile fartlek, including 1x200, 1x400, 1x800.
