Ears have been ringing for 10 days now. I need help. I'm waiting for an appointment with an audiologist. I need help now tho. Anyone?
I would so appreciate it

Dude, I've been trying to call you non stop for the last 10 days - answer your damn phone!

My dad has the same problem several years ago, and somehow acupuncture cured it. He's definitely not the type of guy to try something like that either.
But def talk to your doctor first.
10 days? Try ten years and get back to me.
Stop shaking your head from side to side
I have tinnitus from time to time. Get your ears cleaned out. Mine produce too much ear wax, which causes the ringing. That might be the issue.
LOL 10 days... it's no big deal, avoid loud noises and start wearing ear plugs at concerts (they have special earplugs for concerts! check'em out). If you're taking any meds right now, make sure they're not ototoxic.
If you develop pulsatile tinnitus, you will throw away your HR monitor forever

Wow! That's crazy. Please tell me how you cope with it on a daily basis.
Try atlas orthogonal chiropractic. Note: NOT any old chiropractor.
Have you been taking aspirin/NSAIDs? That can cause short-term tinnitus.
You get used to it.
Failing that, download a white noise app for your phone, that can help at night.

I get it from taking over the counter pain medication like Advil. I'm sure that other meds could have similar side affects.

Worked for me too. Have no idea what type of chiro I have, but the dude cleared my tinnitus with one adjustment. I also had nerve pain at the base of my neck, so it seemed reasonable to me that the 2 things were related. My eye, ear, nose, throat guy was pretty much useless.

Is this a joke? I mean, I am going to start going to Chiro just to see if the whole thing isn't a major scam. Chiros who heal tinnitus?

Chiros address nerve compression, which can be one reason for the onset of tinnitus. Again, one adjustment righted the pain at the base of my neck and the ceased the damn ringing in my left ear.
If it's interfering with your hearing, a hearing aid might be in order.
