Could it even be possible they no-show two years in a row?

I'd put it at 50-50.
Duke's coach and Tennessee's women's coach seem like they'd be a perfect match for each other.
What happened to them anyway? Women's team went from 7th at nationals in '12 to not attending conference champs 2 years later. How is that even possible?
Coaching a girl who is being recruited by them. Not sure if they've dealt with whatever was going on, or if they are still having internal issues. Advice?

Stay out of it. If your girl is stupid enough not to know that & do her own research then she gets what she deserves. Or she does her research, still likes what she finds & goes there anyway. Either way, thigs end up like they should.

I know the situation at Duke, very closely, and I agree that you should avoid the program if running is important to you. It's a great school, otherwise, but the running program will not improve until there is a change in the coaching staff.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
