My coach posted a workout titled "Hilly Pace Run."
The workout is 2x10 minutes at 6:45 pace, then 4 minutes at 7:50 pace
So it would look like this: 1x4mins (easy pace), 1x10mins (moderate pace), 1x4mins (easy pace), 1x10mins (moderate pace), 1x4mins (easy pace).
My question is, do you think it is supposed to be done on a hilly route because it is titled "Hilly pace" or is it called "hilly pace" because you're going from easy to moderate easy to moderate back and forth?
It seems like it'd just be a fartlek if it was without the hilly route.
