I have read that certain kinds of workouts maximize the output of growth hormones (how this happens, chemically, may be a little beyond me...)
So, my question is: If I do a workout, and HGH is in my system, can I take advantage of the presence of these hormones to improve fitness in, say, my upper body? In other words, say I run a workout that maximizes HGH production. X period of time later, HGH is all in my system. Can I then, in a timely manner, go to the gym, exercise my upper body, and get more HGH into the muscles in my arms?
Also, by your understanding, what workouts release the most HGH?
