Hey guys. It's summer time. So here is a summer training question. What do you think about running a 4x200m workout after every endurance/xc interval workout to keep up with my middle distance work for track season.
5xa mile with 400m jog 6-8min rest 4x200 m with 200m jog in 32/31/30/29 (end of summer/xc 28/27/26/25) would be an example.
It's a question for middle distance guys/coaches
